The location here is fantastic, with beautiful spots to cool down inside and excellent amenities.

Fairly quiet and luxurious rooms and feather pillows. Amazing location in the really quiet area, adjacent to Greenery and which is so clean and great food with affordable price. Exemplary services, good Wi-Fi. What a very good staff.

The room was elegant and quiet, equipped with coffee and tea making facilities and glassware. The location of the resort was marvelous, and the staff provided lovely service. The resort's proximity to Village Cafe was convenient for enjoying pastries during hot weather.

Poorly trained staff!

This stunningly beautiful hotel occupies a very nice clean building in the Italian style. Staff is exceptional and pleasant and you can park your car onsite. The property has a secluded location adjacent to the Tempero restaurant. Would love to return if I go to Utorda, enjoyed my really great stay.

The hotel itself was luxury and spotlessly clean and the staff were well-motivated, it had ideal location to restaraunts in Bangalore.

The breakfasts were extensive and above average with the Cocktails & Champagne and lobster, for example. The staff were competent and responsive, everything was superb. The hotel was in a secluded setting in the Royal Afgan restaurant.

We were extremely satisfied with the amazing service provided by the staff at Itc Grand Goa, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa. The views from the venue were breathtaking and they efficiently organized everything for us. A special thanks goes to the exceptional bar staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The beds were incredibly spacious and ensured a comfortable night's sleep. We have definitely found our go-to place for all future trips to Goa.

We recently stayed at a beautiful resort with wonderful staff for a relaxing vacation. The property had a lovely mixed Indo-Portuguese architectural design with beautiful landscaping, water flows, and lagoons. Our spacious room had a stunning view of the ocean, and the housekeeping staff did a meticulous job. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, with Chef Prakashi even personally supervising the breakfast buffet. The resort also had a fantastic play area for children and a spa offering a wide range of therapies. We highly recommend this resort for a memorable holiday.

One aspect that could be improved is the initial check-in experience, as we had to request basic amenities like water and tea items.

The room was newly renovated, spacious, had a bathtub, large bath, and the pool was fantastic.
